Our bodies are miraculous machines. Our minds are even more so. A life of training includes commitment to recovery. When you experience a set-back, it’s NOT an excuse to quit. It’s a message that it’s time to listen to the messages your body sends you with great reverie and respect. Change your training. Start where you ARE. Make your comeback. You’ll see many strong-minded athletes doing just that at Outpost. Among them are Rachel, Tina, And Jeff. Pat them on the back, and keep their mental strength and commitment to themselves as a reminder to you about how to behave if and when you need to make a comeback.
