Getting started at Outpost CrossFit is very easy. We offer a FREE introductory session Saturdays at 11AM. Simply contact us at (847) 744-0112 or Email us at email@example.com to schedule a day. Our FREE intro class will begin with a warm-up followed by skill work based on the movements needed for the workout. Once everyone is comfortable with these movements, the workout will begin. The workout will be at your pace and fitness level. The class will conclude with a short Q&A session. You can expect this class to last approximately 30 minutes.
